Let's start with the background and logo. I took your idea of displaying a comic and animated version of the main character on either side of the background, and I based the logo on the image seen on the Wikipedia page. Take a look at the preview here and let me know if you want me to change something. If you like them both, I'll be happy to upload them.
I like the colour for the logo, can you also change the logo font to something like this?
For the background, I don't like using fanart (ya never know what the artist is gonna say), I tried finding a comic image but couldn't find a good one yet. Maybe this could be the background, maybe either the whole image or maybe the two prominent characters in the pic, Cybersix and Adrian, could be set against a black background.

Next up is a new favicon and header image, which I assume you mean File:Community-header-background. If you have any ideas or instructions for those, let me know, and I'll get to work on them.
Yeah, that's what I meant. I'm not 100% sure of what the images could be, maybe this image for the header and the favicon, for the favicon just the black sillouette of Cybersix, if that'd work.
I just cropped that image and uploaded it as the new header image. I also cropped out the sillouette, resized it, and uploaded it as the favicon, which may take a while to appear on your browser tab.
The next things on the list are tweaking the main color theme and improving the main page. Let me know any ideas you have for those, and I'll get started on that when I return to work tomorrow.
Hi, this is a really late reply so sorry. I was thinking more about the theme and what needs to be done and there's a lot of little things I want done but now that you're here I feel like it'll get done a lot sooner.
Main theme-
I want the main colour theme to be black and blue (like the show's), with bright green details for little things. I chose a black colour with some red to appear warm to compliment the slightly green text I chose for the Wiki, in the Theme Designer, but the black looks more like chocolate to me now, so I think it should be tweaked some more. Maybe the top nav should be same blue as the sky in the same pic as before.
Main Page-
I want the Facebook widget to be the same size and shape as the Discord Widget (so 300px square).
The TitleBox template should be fixed up, I like the character template the InuYasha Wiki has, except the border would be green.
And I would like the Header template to be changed, omit the border and center div for the body text, and I like how the Silent Hill Wiki has a background on their title for their Header, I'm not sure what kind of background tho, maybe a green or blue coloured one.
Just finished making changes on the main page. I edited the code for the Facebook widget so that the combined height of it and the Like/Share buttons matches the height of the Discord and Youtube widgets.
I edited the TitleBox template to be similar to the one at InuYasha Wiki. On the main page itself, I changed "Television" to "TV" on the name parameter so that the words fit on one line. You may notice that on the Animated TV Series box, the image isn't quite tall enough to fill the box. I'd suggest choosing a different image with dimensions that are more square (equal height and width).
Lastly, I edited the Header template to remove the border as you requested. I also changed the header's background color to the same blue that I set for the theme's nav header and buttons.

Another thing that needs improvement is the Monobook Skin (example, the Main Page in Monobook is atrocious), I don't know much about this skin but I liked the guidelines the Monobook Wiki gave for what could be changed. We would need the same black background, background image as in the Oasis skin, fixed not scrolling, semi-transparent page-content area, and half-rounded borders for the side-navigation. And I liked the "headers with a background" example they gave in the article. I also don't see the other widgets at the bottom, only the YouTube one and two buttons are overlapping each other for some reason, so this needs to be fixed.
Another thing that needs improvement is the Monobook Skin
Customizing Monobook takes a few hours, and it's near the end of the work day, so I'll get started on it when I return to work on Monday. Enjoy your weekend!

Not sure why you would only see the Youtube widget. I'm seeing all three widgets (screenshot).
OK, I'm done for the day. I made lots of edits to MediaWiki:Monobook.css, and I know I got at least most of everything updated to match the colors of the main skin. But with Monobook there's always some little thing that gets missed, so let me know if you see something off.

Imma having problems adding categories on the Comic Book Series article, it ain't appearing. The history also shows I'm actually adding multiple categories even though I see nothing. Know the problem?
Wow. I created this Wikia because I was a huge fan of the series and one did not exist yet but, as you could no doubt tell, I had very little skill in actually making it look half way decent and I quickly become too busy to maintain it. What a wonderful surprise that I should happen to check it and discover somebody far more capable had cleaned up my mess. Keep up the fantastic work!

I'm very surprised you came back to check up on this Wiki, I kinda feared the "creator" would come back with a vengeance, but this is a pleasant message. :) I found this Wiki a while back and I was a huge fan of Cybersix, so I adopted it and got special privileges- I didn't know much either a few months back, I had to learn wikitext and everything, but as you can see, I learned quite a bit in a short time frame!
Funny thing is, you're still considered the biggest contributor for things like the main page. :D
I can understand that, but trust me I have no ill feelings toward you at all! If anything I love the fact that more people even remember the franchise, let alone consider themselves huge fans. Maybe it was just my area but it seemed like growing up nobody knew about the show, was half sure I had made it up until the internet helped me prove its existence.
